Data Removal – Scrutix

Scrutix respects your right to data removal and withdrawal.
If you wish your information to be masked or removed from our indexed databases, 
you can submit a request via the form below or by email to contact@scrutix.com.

Removal conditions:
- Your request must be clear and specific (name, email, domain, etc.).
- You must prove you are the data subject (ID, explanation, etc.).
- Processing of the request may take up to 30 days, depending on complexity.

Requests will be handled under GDPR and rules regarding cybersecurity and public safety.
In limited cases (e.g., ongoing judicial investigations, national security), immediate erasure might not be possible, 
but your data will be at least anonymized or restricted to lawful use.
