Terms of Service – Scrutix

1. Purpose
These General Terms (CGU/CGV) govern the use of the Scrutix platform.

2. Use
- Scrutix is an OSINT/CSINT cyber intelligence tool, specialized in searching publicly available data, indexed leaks, 
and indicators of compromise.
- Access is paid via credits or subscriptions.
- Users agree not to use Scrutix for:
    - doxing,
    - harassment,
    - illegal spying,
    - political surveillance or violation of fundamental rights.
Any malicious use is forbidden and may lead to immediate account suspension.

3. Data
- Scrutix is not the author of the data nor of the leak, but an aggregator of publicly available data.
- All processing is limited to data that is already public or published.
- Do not use Scrutix data for active attacks, hacking, or unauthorized access attempts.

4. Intellectual property
All tools, interfaces, graphs, texts, documents, and services of Scrutix are the property of Scrutix SAS.
Reproduction, copying, or reselling of Scrutix’s access or content is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability
Scrutix does not guarantee the completeness, legality, or relevance of the data provided.
Scrutix cannot be held liable for:
- the way you use the data,
- damages related to attacks, hacking, or decisions based on the results.

6. Payment and credits
- Credits are purchased via secure payment methods.
- Credits are non‑refundable, except in case of major technical error or bug.
- Scrutix reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts in case of fraud, credit resale, or malicious use.

7. Changes
Scrutix may update these terms. Users will be notified of such changes, which take effect upon publication.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of Paris, France.
